Evatic CustomerWeb

Evatic CustomerWeb helps you with an efficient and easy communication with your customers, giving the customer the possibility of actively participating in your service system.

  • Registration of service tasks
  • Customers can register service tasks that will automatically be placed in Evatic Service via the Internet. The customer can view the status of the tasks in progress.
  • Registering orders
  • Through Evatic Web the customer can order parts and materials. The article numbers the customer can order is controlled in Evatic Service. Via Evatic Web the customer can see if the items ordered are covered by the service contract or if they must be purchased.
  • Meter readings
  • Several different market segments offer equipment that requires meter readings to be taken. Meter reading forms can be generated automatically by Evatic Service and sent to the customer as an e-mail. The customer can then report in the meter readings using Evatic Web, and an invoice can then be automatically created in Evatic Service.

Evatic PartnerWeb

Evatic PartnerWeb is a module to support and organize the collaboration with dealers and service partners.

  • Overview of service tasks and online registering
  • Centrally registered service tasks (from a call center, for example) can be assigned to the partners who can access their service projects as well as relevant customer and machine information through the web interface.
  • Meter readings
  • If needed, the partners can report meter readings online through Evatic Web. The readings go directly into the system and invoices can be created automatically.
  • Warranty control
  • With Evatic PartnerWeb can your service partners transmit their warranty claims. After registration, those claims will automatically be listed in Evatic Service. This enables you to manage and review warranty issues from your service partners quickly and efficiently.
  • Reporting
  • Partners can be given the option to get reports and analysis on their performance and costs online.

Evatic PartnerWeb is developed with ASP.NET, C#, Microsoft Visual Studio.NET 2003 and with Mircosoft SQL-server as database platform.
