Evatic Map is an add-on module for Evatic Service. Evatic Map will allow the service project coordinator or dispatcher to see where service technicians and service tasks are located at any time. With Evatic Map we can offer an up-to-date visual planning tool to increase the efficiency of your service planning. In scaleable maps the dispatcher can simply assign service jobs to technicians by drag and drop, having full control over distances, routes and unassigned service tasks.

Service technicians and service tasks are represented as symbols on the electronic maps and the user can zoom in to view further details of the job when more details are required. When new service tasks are registered they will appear as new symbols on the e-map.

View service task details Click on a service task within the e-map and the details of the task will be displayed. Plan one or more service tasks By clicking on a service technician and then on one or more service tasks Evatic Map will plan them into the selected technicians itinerary. Evatic Map can then display the driving route for one or more service technicians directly on the e-map. Analyze and visualize costs regarding geographical allocation With Evatic Map you can visualize all customers you service with costing patterns. By that you can easily analyze whether this might be due to geographical region (e.g. higher travelling costs) and thereby adjust your cost structure. Thus, Evatic Map can help you avoid costs of inefficient service planning and support your planning processes with a powerful graphical user interface.
