Advanced and easy planningWhen a service task is assigned to a service technician from within Evatic Service, the task will be synchronized to the technician's computer. One or more service tasks with service history information will be sent to Evatic Mobile PC, as well as information about the service technician's current stock level. From Evatic Mobile PC the technician will have access to information related to the service task awaiting completion, such as customer, address, contact, type of task, symptom codes, etc. In Evatic Mobile PC the following will be registered; travel time, duration of task and articles consumed. When the service technician completes the task, the information about the task is transferred to the central Evatic database and an order is automatically generated. ChecklistsWith the advanced checklist generator included in the central Evatic Service system, it is possible to create your own adapted checklist for use in Evatic Mobile PC. There is a wide selection of field types with the option to make fields mandatory. This ensures that the collected data is consistent and of good quality. In Evatic Mobile PC the technician can even see historical values from earlier checklists. The values from the checklists can be presented in an adapted report and then be used, for example, in certification document. DocumentationThe technician can quickly and easily add documents to each task without leaving the Evatic Mobile PC application. Evatic Mobile PC support all Microsoft Windows file types (e.g. Adobe PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Documents can also be pushed out to the technician and be opened through Evatic Mobile PC. This enables the service coordinator to attach for example detailed technical drawings associated to the project. Work anywhere, anytimeThe built in control routines in Evatic Mobile PC ensure that updated data will always be stored and transmitted safely. This also enables Evatic Mobile PC to function in situations where there is no data coverage. Providing the task has been received in Evatic Mobile PC, the technician can continue to work and complete it. The data will be transmitted back as soon as the data connection is restored. With a mobile broadband connection or a wireless internet connection the technician can work practicly anywhere. New task creationIn Evatic Mobile PC the technician has the ability to create new tasks directly out in the field.
