One or more service tasks with service history information will be sent to Evatic Mobile Phone. From Evatic Mobile Phone the technician will have access to information related to the service task awaiting completion, such as customer, address, contact, type of task, symptom codes, etc. In Evatic Mobile Phone the following will be registered; travel time, duration of task and work description. When the service technician completes the task, the information about the task is transferred to the central Evatic database and an order is automatically generated. Work anywhere, anytimeThe built in control routines in Evatic Mobile Phone ensure that updated data will always be stored and transmitted safely. This also enables Evatic Mobile Phone to function in situations where there is no data coverage.
