Evatic Mobile Phone is developed for service technicians to be able to receive and report information about service tasks, where ever he is. This avoids paperwork and time consuming contact with the service project coordinator. It also reduces inaccuracy due to integrated electronic processing out in the field by the engineer completing the job.

Advanced and easy planning

When a service task is assigned to a service technician from within Evatic Service, the task will be synchronized to the technician's mobile phone. One or more service tasks with service history information will be sent to Evatic Mobile Phone. From Evatic Mobile Phone the technician will have access to information related to the service task awaiting completion, such as customer, address, contact, type of task, symptom codes, etc.

In Evatic Mobile Phone the following will be registered; travel time, duration of task and work description. When the service technician completes the task, the information about the task is transferred to the central Evatic database and an order is automatically generated.

Work anywhere, anytime

The built in control routines in Evatic Mobile Phone ensure that updated data will always be stored and transmitted safely. This also enables Evatic Mobile Phone to function in situations where there is no data coverage. Providing the task has been received in Evatic Mobile Phone, the technician can continue to work and complete it. The data will be transmitted back as soon as the data connection is restored.
